Mark Eiland is a strategist, visionary and innovator with an accomplished track record spanning a 30-year business career. During this extensive period, Mark worked professionally for both public and government organizations including IBM, Bank of America and the Attorney General of Texas, in C-level leadership roles. During Mark’s tenure with IBM he guided various size merger and acquisition projects, spanning the acquisition spectrum from home-grown start-ups to a $5 billion-dollar transaction.
As an entrepreneur, Mark built, grew and sold an e-commerce business that manufactured its own branded products. Mark founded a business consulting company to assist small and midsize businesses, with the implementation of new and innovative marketing systems, automating operational processes and increasing the overall market value of their business. Additionally, Mark has served as a Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant by providing M&A, plus business advisory services, to companies ranging in size from $1 million – $20 million in revenue across an array of industries including technology, aviation and professional services.
